The Concert on the Court was on a perfect late-summer Sunday evening, September 10, 2023. Once again The New Horizons Band treated at least 75 neighbors, babies to great-grandparents, to an enjoyable concert on Cobb Island Court. The program varied from patriotic to rock, from Sousa to Ray Charles. This group, founded by the late Sam Rhinesmith, has been performing for many years. A free-will donation raised funds for the band. Our thanks to Marianne Rhinesmith and Elaine Metzler for making all of the arrangements. We look forward to a fourth concert next year.
